Suzan Tamim's killer, Hisham Tala'at Mustafa, has been diagnosed with a rare disease, but does anyone feel bad for him? Probably not!

The Egyptian businessman is currently serving a 15-year prison service for murdering the late Lebanese singer.

But his health has rapidly deteriorated over the past year, which has now led to admitting him to the ICU at the Al Salam International Hospital in Egypt.

Hisham's lawyer, Yahya Abdel Majeed, said in a statement that his client has been diagnosed with a very rare disease, which requires him to travel abroad for treatment. Judicial officials have totally refused his request to travel overseas, depite Hisham assuring them that he will pay for all his travel and medical expenses, reports Laha Magazine.

Yahia has filed a lawsuit against the Egyptian prosecution and Minister of Interior, while demanding that they allow Hisham a health pardon which permits him to travel abroad for treatment.

Over 30 medical reports have been presented to prove the deterioration of Hisham's condition. A source inside the Ministry of Interior denied that Hisham's name is among the list of prisoners who will receive a health pardon, and added that Hisham will be returning to his prison cell once a report of improvement of his condition is submitted by doctors.

Do you think Hisham deserves to save his life by travelling overseas for treatment?
