ALBAWABA - Israeli Rabbi Zvi Kogan lost contact with his family on Thursday, November 21, 2024, and was missing for three days before his body was found about an hour and a half away from Dubai.
On Sunday, the authorities in the United Arab Emirates confirmed arresting three people with links to the killing of the Israeli-Moldovan Rabbi in the country.
"The Israeli mission in Abu Dhabi has been in contact with the family since the beginning of the incident and continues to support them during this difficult time," a statement by Netanyahu's office and Foreign Affairs Ministry read.

The UAE Ministry of Interior announced that the competent security authorities have begun conducting initial probes with the three arrested perpetrators in preparation for referring them to the Public Prosecution to complete the investigations.
The competent security authorities revealed the identities of the accused, who hold Uzbek nationality, and they were named Olimpi Tohirovic, 28-year-old, Mahmoud John Abdul Rahim, 28-year-old, and Azizi Kamilovic, 33-year-old.
