ALBAWABA - The director of the Jordanian Seismological Observatory, Ghassan Sweidan, stated that an earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale was felt by residents in various parts of Jordan, including the governorates of Amman and Balqa, at 10:00 a.m. He explained to Al-Mamlaka TV on Thursday that the epicentre was in the Dead Sea region near Ghor al-Safi, at a depth of 17 kilometers.
