'Splashing Water': Most Beautiful Fountains Worldwide

Fountains used to be made to provide pure water for thirsty people and for those who want to enjoy the view. Today, however, countries worldwide are battling to construct the most beautiful, auspicious and creative fountains. People now travel the world to see to see some of these "artistic" artifacts and beacuse they make fantastic historical monuments and inspire us with their beauty and power.
