ALBAWABA - An Israeli soldier has published a photo showing him torturing a Palestinian man in Gaza amid over three months of war that killed dozens of thousands.
According to reports by social media users, Yosee Gamzoo, an Israeli soldier who joined the ground operation in Gaza which started on Oct. 27, shared a picture of himself while torturing a Palestinian civilian in West Gaza city.
In the picture, Gamzoo was seen in his military suit and holding a rifle in front of a Palestinian man who was in his underwear in Rimal Neighborhood, Gaza City.
Many pro-Palestinian activists posted the picture online and slammed Israeli soldiers over their continuous torture and barbaric arrests of Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
An activist wrote on X (formerly Twitter): "Remember when the Abu Ghraib photos shook the world?" Another said: "Notice the gunshot wound in the leg."
Younis Tirawi, a Reporter on Palestinian Affairs with over 100,000 followers on X, shared the picture of the Israeli soldier with the Palestinian man in Gaza and said that he blurred the "gunshot on his leg," adding that the Palestinian man was handcuffed and undressed.
