ALBAWABA - The First Lady of France, Brigitte Macron made headlines across news outlets after announcing that she will be taking judiciary actions against the individuals who claimed that "She was a man in her childhood".
The alleged transgender claims in question came from two French influencers as they stated that the First Lady of France was a boy named Jean-Michel Trogneau who transitioned into a woman in the 1980s which got her name trending across social media as memes flooded every platform known to man.

According to Al Arabiya, the defamation case is set to start in June 2024 where Brigitte will go against Natacha Rey who is the journalist who made the wild claims about the First Lady.
Brigitte Macron to take legal action in response to 'false' transgender claims
The controversial matter started in 2021 when Natacha Rey who describes herself as a freelance journalist and fortune teller Amandine Roy published a video on YouTube claiming that Brigitte was a man as mentioned above. Moreover, even before the video went viral, Rey published an article in 2017 claiming the same thing under the name of "Faits et Documents" after Macron won the French elections.
Recently, both Rey and Roy were accused of defamation by a Normandy judge and were fined $500 and $1,000 respectively after Brigitte and her brother filed separate lawsuits against them but the price to pay wasn't steep enough it seems as Brigitte is still annoyed with the matter.
