Chairman of the National Mine Action Committee (NMAC) Qasem Ahmed al-Ajam said in statements published Wednesday that a Yemeni qualified demining team would head for Sudan to train Sudanese demining staffers. Al-Ajam said in remarks to al-Wahdah newspaper that sending the team was at the request of the Sudanese government.
