ALBAWABA - Danish police officers recently sparked backlash among human rights activists after a video captured them attacking and unleashing dogs on pro-Palestine activists protesting Maersk's links to Israel.
According to the BDS Movement, Maersk is allegedly linked to "bringing military cargo to arms companies for assembly and shipping cargo to Israel from the US, including throughout Israel’s genocide against 2.3 million Palestinians in the illegally occupied Gaza Strip.."
The human rights organization added that the shipping giant was allegedly responsible for shipping millions of pounds of military equipment to Israel.

A video flooded social media, capturing Danish police officers, accompanied by German Shepherds, brutally beating several pro-Palestine protestors using a baton. In response, many human rights and pro-Palestine activists condemned the violent act.
A social media user wrote via X (formerly Twitter), "Shame on them and the world for turning a blind eye to the fact Israel is a threat to our world."
Another added, "It is plain to see that their cowardice is what allows such cruelty to go unchecked……"
