ALBAWABA- Yahya Al-Sinwar, leader of Hamas, expressed gratitude to Abdul Malik Al-Houthi and Ansar Allah for their steadfast support during the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation, which he described as a decisive blow against the Zionist project in Palestine and the wider region.
Al-Sinwar praised the successful missile strikes launched by Houthi forces, which penetrated deep into Israeli territory, overcoming advanced defense and interception systems.
Sinwar expressed gratitude to Ansar Allah for their genuine support and resilience evident both in the field and through their communications.
He emphasized that the arrival of their missiles would disrupt efforts to contain and neutralize the resistance, further strengthening its role in the ongoing conflict.
Sinwar reassured that the resistance remains strong, dismissing enemy reports as psychological warfare. He also stated that the resistance is preparing for a prolonged battle, aiming to break the enemy’s political resolve just as it shattered their military strength.
Furthermore, he highlighted the dire situation in Gaza, where Palestinians are facing genocide, siege, and starvation, calling for greater support from the broader Arab and Islamic nation.
Notably, Houthi forces fired a hyper-sonic ballistic missile from Yemen into central Israel, warning of more strikes to come, in a significant escalation.
While Israeli troops reported no direct injuries, Prime Minister Netanyahu vowed retaliation, stating, "We exact a heavy price for any attempt to harm us." Magen David Adom emergency services treated nine people injured while rushing to shelters after sirens sounded.
Netanyahu framed the event as part of a broader “multi-front campaign against Iran’s axis of evil,” emphasizing that any attack on Israel would meet with severe consequences.
Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree described the weapon as a "hypersonic ballistic missile" targeting military operations.
