A UAE-based company has offered to promote Bangladesh exports globally from a business and service center in Dubai, the Gulf News reported Sunday.
The paper said that Inscope Middle East is setting up the center to bring Bangladeshi businessmen and products into the international limelight.
The Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) and the company jointly organized the seminar on "Promotion of Exports of Bangladesh to the United Arab Emirates," the daily added.
Company director Lincoln Lim was quoted by the paper as saying that the center's 5,000 square foot area would offer small office booths for an initial 20 companies at a monthly $1,200, including display arrangements for products and other logistic support.
"We are on the way to creating a gateway to the vast and lucrative markets of continental Africa, the CIS countries, Europe and the US," project chief Rehan Khwaja told the paper - Albawaba.com
