The Moroccan Ministry of Culture has decided to allocate a sum of DM11.53 million in order to finance the restoration projects in the region of Tangier-Tetouan. The money will be used for the restoration of a number of sites and historic buildings, including the Assanaa School, the kasbah of Chefchaouen, the walls and fountains of the town of Tetouan and many other historical sites in this region.
<i>EMarrakech</i> reports that the money will also be directed to tourist courses and training seminars in several sites of the region.
