ALBAWABA - Qatari Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani arrived in Damascus on Thursday to meet Syria's new leader Ahmed al-Sharaa.
Qatari Foreign Ministry confirmed that the visit is to stress on Qatar's strong and firm position in supporting people in Syria.
Advisor to the Prime Minister and official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Majed Al Ansari, posted on X announcing the visit and confirming that Qatari FM will hold extensive talks with al-Sharaa.
