Three people were killed and a third wounded Wednesday in a shooting attack in eastern Lebanon, which police said most probably was part of a vendetta among local clans.
Two men and two women were in a car near the city of Baalbek when they came under automatic fire from gunmen driving another car, they said.
The two men and one of the women were killed, while the second woman was slightly injured and taken to hospital for medical treatment, police said, cited by AFP.
The victims are all members of the Zaayter family clan, accused by the rival Jaafar clan of having killed one of their relatives some two months ago. (Albawaba.com)
