The Association of Moroccans living in the United States (AMUSA- L'Association des Marocains aux Etats-Unis d'Amerique) organized a picnic in Washington for Moroccan expatriates in the United States on Sunday September 19. Bladi net reports that the picnic lured a large crowd of public, including not only Moroccan families but also people from other nationalities. Those attending to the picnic enjoyed Moroccan songs interpreted by the musical group "Sounds of Morocco". AMUSA also organized a tombola, the winner of which could choose from a wide variety of prizes of offered by the Moroccan craft industry.
