Palestinian information minister Yasser Abed Rabbo said Saturday that the Palestinians would not bow to "Israeli threats" after Prime Minister Ehud Barak's warning that peace talks would stop if there is no halt to violence in the next 48 hours.
"Mr. Barak knows very well that we do not yield to such threats," Abed Rabbo told reporters in Gaza.
"If it (the peace process) is dead, it is killed by Mr. Barak and his tactics and maneuvers," he added -- GAZA CITY (AFP)
