New bloom hotel management company Layia Hospitality has added a fourth property to its growing Living Courts portfolio of furnished & serviced apartments. The recently signed
Opal Living Courts will open in Dubai’s Al Barsha in January 2009 with a total of 48 apartments.
Located close to Dubai Internet and Media Cities, and a short distance from the prestigious Jumeirah beachfront, Opal Living Courts is set to become a new preferred address for both business and leisure travellers.
The classically-designed building will offer 32 spacious one-bedroom apartments and 16 palatial two-bedroom units. Each apartment at Opal Living Courts has its own allocated parking space, while a swimming pool, fitness centre, steam room and sauna complete the facilities available.

As with all Living Courts properties, Opal Living Courts apartments will be fully equipped and fully furnished, from the television to the bottle opener. Each apartment will boast a LCD television, DVD, fully-fitted kitchen, safe and high-speed internet access. Opal Living Courts will also offer housekeeping services, maintenance and security around the clock. An on-site deli counter will provide food and beverage items.

Facing The Greens, and located just off Sheikh Zayed Road and close to Dubai Internet and Media Cities, Crystal Living Courts has already proved a popular option with business and leisure travellers. This stunning new high-rise property offers 96 spacious 100-square metre two bedroom apartments and four luxurious 140-square metre three-bedroom units.
