Egyptian producer Majdie Howarey has asked Lebanese songstress Nawal al Zughbi and the number 1 singer in the Arab world, Amro Diab to star in his upcoming musical film, according to the Lebanese Yalla online news service.
Although the experience will be a first for Zughbi, the Egyptian Diab has starred in 2 other productions.
Meanwhile, the stars are currently both busy with their top 10 chart toppers.
Zughbi and Diab will be meeting later this week in order to discuss the details of the upcoming movie.
Some of the scheduled talks include information on when recording will begin and the name of the new film a musical.
