Engineering students from Al Akhawayn University of Ifrane are going to represent Morocco and the Maghreb in the world championship of programming and software design "Imagine Cup", which is scheduled to take place, next summer, in Japan. According to an official statement by the university, three students in Al Akhawayn team have earned the right to participate in this international championship after succeeding in the Maghreb qualifying tournament, organized by Microsoft in Casablanca on April 7.
<i>EMarrakech</i> reports that the three students, Khalil Honsali, Othmane Chhoul and Badr Molato have beaten the Algerian and Tunisian teams.
