Moroccan and Egyptian businessmen signed last week a series of agreements to export to Egypt some Moroccan products and the creation of joint ventures, Morocco’s official news agency (MAP) reported Monday.
Under the first agreement, Moroccan unprocessed lead will be sold in Egypt.
A biscuit-making plant will be set up in Port Said with technology transferred by Morocco and funding by Egypt, said MAP.
An industrial plant will also be set up in the industrial zone of Nador to assemble export-destined bicycles. The other deals include Morocco’s sale of fish to, and import of white cement from Egypt – Albawaba.com
