ALBAWABA- A massive explosion at the Qasr-e Shirin border station on the Iranian-Iraqi border has destroyed at least 12 oil tankers. 

The fire, which raged on for several hours, was eventually brought under control by Iranian fire engines stationed at the border. 

Initial reports confirm that one person was killed and seven others were injured. 

The cause of the explosion remains unknown, and no details have emerged about any group or individual being behind the incident.
