The main theme of the third session of the Universite d'hiver (France) that took place on March 5, was “Managing Religion in Morocco”. The event was organized with cooperation of the Tarik Ibn Zyad Center and the “Nawafild” magazine and with the support of the German Konrad Adenauer Foundation. Four main topics were discussed during this event: “Religion and politics in the era of reforms in Islam”, “Islam between laicism and secularism”, “Islam, the West and the dialogue between religions” and “Sufism, religious education and political mobilization”.
<i>Emarrakech</i> reports that the session was hosted by Hassan Aourid, the director of the Tarik Ibn Zyad Center, Ahmed El-Hariti, the director of the “Nawafid” magazine and Jan Senkyr, who represented Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
