Libyan leader Muammar al-Kadhafi on Wednesday stressed that there were external world challenges that Libya must be cautious of them, "terrorism one of the challenges facing the world now and Libya cannot lag behind in the fight against terrorism, and when the world sits down to define the concept of terrorism we would state our view".
According to JANA, the Libyan ruler who was speaking before the Libyan people functionalists, Wednesday, in the celebration marking the 28th anniversary of the proclamation of the People's Authority, and the birth of the first Jamahiriya in history, explained that the country that is weakening before terrorism, is harming the international community, and is an ineffective member, and consequently by its weakness is threatening world security and international peace, "therefore in order to effectively contribute to the war waged now on terrorism, you must show the necessary strength to make people feel they are reassured, and that terrorism would not get into their properties, dignities and country."
