KLM would be delivering mishandled baggage to its customers at their doorstep, to become the first airline in Doha to be allowed by the Department of Customs and the airport authorities to offer such a service to customers, the Gulf Times reported Sunday.
An airline spokesman was quoted by the paper as saying that such mishandled baggage would be delivered at home "after the requisite customs check,” within 24 hours of their receipt in Doha.
