Real-life father and daughter Jon Voight and Angelina Jolie are taking their relationship to the screen for the Tomb Raider movie.
Oscar-winner Jolie, 25, will play the beautiful, brainy cyber-heroine Lara Croft, a sort of female Indiana Jones in the movie inspired by a series of interactive video adventure games, the producers say.
Her father meanwhile; an Academy Award winner in his own right, will be cast as Lord Croft, her aristocratic explorer father.
Tomb Raider is currently in production in London, directed by Simon West. Millions of admirers of Lara Croft are anticipating its expected release date of summer 2001 – WENN.
