According to PETRA, the Jordan Investment Board (JIB)
organized a seminar in which it hosted the Italian expert Marco

in all fields.
JIB Director Maan Nsour said that Jordan and Italy enjoy
distinguished ties, pointing that Italian exports to Jordan
rose by 40% during the last year whereas investments reached $17

'' JIB will work in promoting ties between SIMEST and the
Jordanian private sector with a view to increase the Italian
investments in the Kingdom,'' he added.
For his part Rosati reviewed SIMEST's services,
particularly in the investment field, noting to its role in
supporting the Italian companies.
JIB had earlier signed a memorandum of understanding
with SIMEST in order to promote economic and investment ties
between the two sides.
