The Jamaican Permanent Representative to the UN thanked Cyprus for its contribution in the relief efforts following the catastrophic effects of the Ivan typhoon that struck the island last September, <i>CNA</i> said.
An official statement said Jamaica’s Permanent Representative to the UN, in a verbal note, expressed his government and people’s appreciation to his Cypriot colleague for Cyprus’s contribution in the relief efforts after the typhoon “Ivan” hit the island.
