JADAF Dubai presents ‘My Vision’ to employees

Jadaf Dubai, the oldest ship repair and industrial marine yard in the Arabian and the Gulf region, presented to its employees, ‘My Vision - challenges in the race for excellence’, a book written by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, with an objective to reinforce performance standards of employees through ideas on administration derived from the book.

His Excellency Hamed Mohammad Bin Lahej, the Director General of JADAF Dubai, distributed the copies of the book among the employees, and urged them to read with an open mind so as to assimilate its contents, which embody the vision and experience of its writer on the long road towards positioning Dubai on the map of the new world.

“A comprehensive guide to achieving excellence, this book written by our leader will be a major source of inspiration for our employees that will encourage them to contribute to the growth and progress of our country. It will also help us in improving our capabilities and achieving His Excellency’s ambitious vision in making UAE a global leader in all sectors.”
