Three Palestinians were killed by Israeli troops as they tried to infilitrate Netzarim settlement in the central Gaza Strip, Israeli sources said Monday.
According to Ynet, Israeli officers said the killing of the three foiled a "huge" attack inside the settlement.
An Israeli source confirmed forces fired at "two suspicious figures" spotted approaching the greenhouses of Netzarim. The two armed Palestinians were killed.
A short time later, two other Palestinian fighters arrived in the area and fired on the occupation troops. In the exchange of fire, one Palestinian killed and the fate of the other was not known as of Monday morning. (Albawaba.com)
