An Iraqi envoy is due to arrive in the capital of Sanaa in the next couple of days, carrying with him a message from Iraqi President Saddam Hussien to his Yemeni counterpart, Ali Abdullah Saleh, according to the Yemen News Agency Thursday.
Hamed Yousuf Hammadi, the Iraqi Minister of Culture will convey the message that would mainly deal with the mutual relations between the two brotherly countries in addition to the United States threats against Iraq, the 26 September weekly reported. (Albawaba.com)
