ALBAWABA - A missile assault on an Israeli explosives production site south of Haifa has been verified by Hezbollah troops in Lebanon.

Al-Mayadeen TV, which is affiliated with Hezbollah, said from Hezbollah's operations center that many assaults were carried out on Israeli military sites throughout the night.

An explosives facility at "Base 7200," close to Haifa in northern Israel, was the target of one of the major attacks. No details about the attack's damage or victims have been made public.

Along with the industrial hit, Hezbollah rockets also struck the Ceradih region, also known as Arab Aramshe, in northern Israel and the Homa Military Base in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.

Additionally, a group of Israeli troops based in the Zarit district were directly attacked by Hezbollah shelling. In addition, missiles hit military targets in Acre, Tiberias, and Haya.

Intense gunfire allegedly broke out overnight as Hezbollah troops clashed with Israeli military vehicles trying to enter Lebanon from the south.
