According to JANA, head of political missions of China, the United States of America, Britain, France and the Russian Federation accredited to Great Jamahiriya were delivered the letter sent by the Leader of the Revolution to all world head of states- The General Assembly of the United Nations- .
The letter was delivered to the heads of the political missions of the said counties , currently permanent members of the Security Council, by the Director of the General Department for the two Americas Affairs at the General People's Committee for Foreign Liaison and International Cooperation, Monday evening in Tripoli .
