Eight persons, including two fire fighters, were injured and 500 shops were destroyed at a fire that broke out on Saturday morning in Souk Lakiraa, one of the largest flea markets in Casablanca, Morocco's official news agency (MAP) reported Monday.
According to the news agency, the fire broke out early in the morning (6.55 local time) and it took 80 fire fighters to put it out. Causes of the fire are not yet known, said the agency - Albawaba.com
