The Canadian House of Commons has unanimously adopted a resolution expressing its "sorrow and horror at the senseless and vicious attack on the United States of America on September 11, 2001."
The resolution was adopted "with unanimous consent" of members of parliament at midnight (0400 GMT Tuesday) after a day-long debate Monday on last week's terrorist attacked in the United States.
The house said it was reaffirming "its determination to bring to justice the perpertrators of this attack on these values and to defend civilization from any future attacks” -- OTTAWA 18 (AFP)
