ALBAWABA - Israeli media indicated that an assassination attempt targeting Houthi Chief of Staff Mohammed Abdul Karim al-Ghamari was carried out, but he survived.

Earlier, Israel said that the country won't be silent in front of the continued launch of missiles from Yemen and will respond to the Houthi attacks.

According to reports, the Military Intelligence Directorate and Mossad are preparing a "target bank" focused on Houthi centers of influence, in preparation for striking them in any future confrontation.

Houthis have been carrying out attacks and firing missiles and rockets targeting Tel Aviv since the start of the offensive against Gaza. The Yemeni group also closed the Red Sea path in the face of vessels that are linked directly or indirectly to Israel.

In response, Tel Aviv also targeted Houthi positions across Yemen and hit the Port of Hodeidah.
