The town of Tlemcen in Algeria hosts the 2nd Edition of Theatre Days, which started on Sunday July 10. Liberte Algerie reports that 22 theatre groups representing 11 wilayas took part in the event, which continued until July 12. The Wilaya of Tlemcen itself is participating in the festival with 4 theatre groups.
The 2nd Edition of Theatre days also constituted the regional elimination process for the national festival of Mostaganem, which is envisaged to take place from July 23 until July 25. During the festival, the theatrical groups that will take part in the National Festival of Mostagenem will be selected according to their performance in Tlemcen Theatre Days.
