At a time when Daesh (ISIS) is using the seal of Prophet Muhammed as its flag, claiming an Islamic caliphate, there are a lot of people out there giving Islam a bad name. It's not much of a surprise when Islamophobic incidents happen in Western countries.

So it's pretty refreshing when a man in Finland chooses to try out Islam during the holy month of Ramadan. Known as Eeli Eskola — or @MrEskola — on Twitter, the self-described "openly openminded" 18-year-old has been tweeting about his experience fasting.

Tweets have gone viral. Eskola now has nearly 6,000 followers, and more Arabs continue to follow him every day.

To clarify, Eskola says he hasn't converted to Islam. He's in the process of educating himself about the religion.
