Given troubled Egyptian actress Zeina' circumstances, Valentine's Day must be her most-dreaded day of the year!
Zeina has been battling her "married-to-in-secret" husband Ahmed Ezz in court for over a year now. The latter refuses to admit that they were ever hitched, and won't take a paternity test to prove that her twins aren't his either.
According to Al Jaras magazine, a heartbroken Zeina recently posted a picture of herself and captioned it, "I'm looking for a lover who truly deserves me and my love." Ouch, that's a slap on Ezz's face.
But a slap might not hurt Ezz much, as he's blissfully living with his new wife Dalia now, right?
Wrong!
In a telephone interview with Sayidaty.net, Ezz clearly stated that he has not wed the 26-year-old heiress as rumored.
"Everything that's been said about this is not true. I've gotten used to such rumors," an unimpressed Ezz said.
But why didn't the heartthrob respond to the week-long rumor any sooner?
"I don't care so much as to answer to such topics and gossip, as there are far more important events taking place in Egypt that concern both the Egyptian people and I; they're much more important than ridiculous rumors about my marriage and personal relationships."
And while Sayidaty.net had Ezz on the phone, he took the opportunity to comment on one "far more important" trending topic in Egypt.
"Before getting into my marriage, I would like to pay my respects to the families of the martyrs, who were brutally massacred in Libya at the hands of the terrorist organization DAESH, and express my deepest sorrow for their loss."
