ALBAWABA - Sean "Diddy" Combs, who is under federal investigation for sex trafficking, has been listed as a defendant in a new complaint alleging that his son sexually abused a woman while she worked on a yacht hired by the music mogul for a vacation at the end of 2022.

Plaintiff Grace O'Marcaigh says that Christian "King" Combs, now 26, sexually raped her on a boat hired by his rapper father on or around December 28, 2022, according to court documents acquired by The Post.

In her lawsuit, O'Marcaigh claims Christian Combs drugged and sexually attacked her. She submitted transcriptions of audio snippets that she claims show her resisting his approaches as he groped her. According to the lawsuit, a producer taped the footage in the studio.

O'Marcaigh, who was 25 at the time, said in court records acquired by The Post that Christian allegedly assaulted her while she was working on the vessel, serving food and beverages to passengers from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m.

She alleges the employment was first presented to her as "a wholesome family excursion," but it developed into a hardcore party environment with drug usage and a "constant rotation of suspected sex workers".

A lawyer representing the father and son described Thursday's complaint as "lewd and meritless" and "filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we've come to expect" from Tyrone Blackburn, O'Marcaigh's counsel.

Aaron Dyer, the lawyer, said his team intends to file a move to dismiss the lawsuit.
"Like father, like son," Blackburn remarked Thursday night, following the lawsuit's filing. "It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father's pattern and practice of depravity."
