ALBAWABA - GTA 6 is gearing up to be the most anticipated game in history, with new reports claiming that a US Army battalion is reportedly offering its troops four days off to play the game as a re-enlistment bonus ahead of its November release.
Gamers are no strangers to taking days off to play a game they have been anticipating for years. The news came from an Instagram page called "U.S Army WTF! Moments," which shared a photo of the documentation.
The documentation issued on July 28, 2026, stated that All Personnel of the 9th Brigade Engineer Battalion (9th BEB) would receive a "Special Reenlistment Incentive" following a "Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) 4-Day Pass."

"To establish a special reenlistment incentive program to promote retention, boost morale, and reward the continued dedication of the Soldiers within the 9th Brigade Engineer Battalion (9th BEB)."
IT states that any soldier who signs the reenlistment contract in question between 1 August 2026 and 14 November 2026 "will be authorized for a special 4-day pass"
The Instagram account also urged Rockstar to get involved: "Get in on this @rockstargames. Get games to the troops for reupping. Send DM."
Many users took to social media in speculation about the post's authenticity. One user wrote, "I don't think this is real." Another added, "As someone who was forced to stay at work until 4am Saturday morning doing memos, this memo is horrible."
