Syrian singer Hussain al Deek was attacked during his concert in Berlin this week. But is it any wonder? The President Assad-supporter should have known better than to dedicate a song to the reportedly hated-by-millions Syrian leader!

A member of the audience made his way past security and attacked Hussain as he sang a tribute to Assad, according to Al Watan news.

Despite the singer's security guards arresting the culprit, Hussain refused to finish the concert.

Perhaps Hussain should have known better than to voice his political opinions in public, especially that a group of anti-Assad activists protested against him ahead of his arrival to the German capital.

Earlier last year, Hussain's brother Ali was attacked in Melbourne, Australia, for the same reason.

But hold on a minute, apparently, none of the above is true, according to Al Jaras Magazine! The celebrity gossip magazine said that in a telephone interview with the star, he said that nothing of the sort ever happened, adding that his European concerts are very popular and all eleven of them have already sold out.

Does the same apply to his brother?
