The Egyptian singer had been toying with the idea of giving it all up after losing his most precious treasure to cancer, but her deathbed request kept him from resigning his career, despite his heartbreak over her passing: she made him promise to never stop singing.
He's taken his time to grieve for sure, but he's rising from the ashes at last with the launch of his long awaited album "Aghla Al Bashar" (The Dearest of People) that features eight songs written by song poet Aseer Al Riyadh.
According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, the title track "Aghla Bashar" has already begun airing on "Rotana" music and radio channels with tremendous success.
Other songs on the king of romance's album include, "Ahab Al Nas" (The Most Loved), "Al Heerah" (Confusion), "Allah Hasbi Alaik" (God Help Me with You), "Kilmat Ahibak" (Saying I Love You), "Ya Habibi" (My Love) and "Yaqoul Yahibni" (He Says He Loves Me).
