There's nothing like a wedding to bring people together and restore joy. Egyptian superstar Hani Shaker finally has something to smile about again. The talented songster has still been bringing us the music, but his happiness has been fleeting since suffering the loss of his daughter back in 2011 due to cancer.
After Mai Izz El Din's engagement turned out to be mere gossip, the celebosphere is happy to a real union to celebrate as well. Hani's son Sharif has asked for Hiba Hajras' hand in marriage, and she said yes! Sharif's new wife-to-be is a recent graduate of the American University in Cairo and the daughter of businessman Ahmad Hajras and Dr. Layla Shaker.
According to Laha Magazine, the ceremony in honor of the upcoming nuptials was mainly a family event with the presence of only a few celebrities like singer Ehab Tawfiq, Nadia Mustafa and Arkan Foad.
Hani, who had been in a state of saddness for so long over the death of his daughter, was finally able to bring happiness into his life with the engagement. Hani and his wife greeted guests at the party was held at one of Cairo's grandest hotels.
