Lebanese superstar Assi Helani postponed a previously scheduled interview with Lebanese TV host Paula Ya'qoubian, who presents the show "With Paula". The special episode for the program with Assi was formally slated to air on August 6 on the Lebanese satellite channel Future TV.
According to Sayidaty.net, a press release from the media office of Assi clarified that the exclusive interview with the singer was postponed due to the unstable security conditions in Lebanon and the unfortunate conditions faced by the Lebanese army.
The release assured that a new date will be announced for airing the episode with Assi at a later time.
Assi had recently launched a new national song titled "Layl Al Watan" (Night of the Country) as a special dedication to the martyrs of the Lebanese army who lost their lives in the recent tragic events in the north of Lebanon. The song was launched on Assi's official YouTube channel.
