Notably, Laheq Island is the first residential project to be unveiled following the completion of its first phase. Expected to be completed in 2028, the island will deliver exceptional hospitality and high-end ownership services, with a strong emphasis on luxury and privacy.
“Whether it’s for guests visiting or residents who choose to own a piece of The Red Sea, at Laheq they will experience luxury living with an enriching resort community that brings people together and fosters life-long bonds,” stated John Pagano, Group CEO of Red Sea Global.
It is worth mentioning that The Red Sea chose Laheq Island specifically for its expansive size—spanning over 400 hectares (4,000,000 square meters)—as well as its stunning white-sand beaches, vibrant coral reefs, and crystal-clear turquoise waters.
