ALBAWABA – Dubai is preparing for Trump’s first tower in the United Arab Emirates. The total cost of the project is estimated at approximately $544 million (2 billion AED).

Trump’s new tower in Dubai

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has been making headlines recently with the launch of Burj Azizi (Azizi Tower), the world’s second-tallest building, standing at an impressive 725 meters. The estimated cost of the project is $1.6 billion (6 billion AED).

Now, the city is gearing up for another landmark development — the launch of the first Trump Tower in Dubai. This highly anticipated project has already sparked excitement, with major real estate companies preparing their assets and investments in anticipation of its arrival.

Dar Global, the real estate development company headquartered in Dubai and publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange, is the official developer of Trump’s new tower. The official work on the project will start soon in the second quarter of 2025.

According to sources, Trump tower will be located around Sheikh Zayed Road and in the ‘wider’ Downtown area.

“Thus, two landmark skyscraper launches will define Dubai property in the first six months of 2025 – the Burj Azizi and (when it happens) Trump International Tower. Whatever be the state of global markets with Trump tariffs, the Trump tower already has created high anticipation for more signature projects in Dubai,” stated a real estate agent in Dubai.
