According to Al-Riyadh newspaper, Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry has recently issued the Riyadh 2005 Real Estate Guide, which consists of basic information about the existing real estate facilities in the city.
The guide shows the number and the location of all real estate offices and companies in Riyadh. It also categorizes the real estate facilities based on the date of operations, size of capital and administrative structure. In addition, the guide reviews the activities of the real estate offices in the city and shows future forecasts regarding these activities. Moreover, the guide presents forecasts regarding the prices of the residential land in the city.
