Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge 2015 lands in South Africa for second international qualifier

The DeZalze Golf Estate, Stellenbosch, South Africa, will host the ninth qualifying round of the 17th annual Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge 2015 on Tuesday, September 22nd. Spread over 300 hectares, the De Zalze Golf Course is one of the premium golfing facilities in South Africa designed by Peter Matkovich.
In the second qualifying round to be held outside the GCC, leading golfers from across South Africa will compete in two-player teams for a berth in the grand finals at the end of the year in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Dan Smith, Director, Integrated Marketing, Xerox Middle East & Africa, said: “The level of competition that participating golfers have brought in the first South African round this year has been excellent, and we hope to see even more participation on this iconic course. The Challenge also is growing, with a second international round added to our agenda. This tournament is a great opportunity to network on the greens, and we look forward to building the list of finalists for the grand final in December”
Sponsors supporting the Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge this year include Prestige Wealth Solutions (PWS – the Dubai-based firm of financial advisors), long-term partner Ecco, RAK Tourism, and first-time sponsor, Aramex.
The top two teams in the ninth qualifying round will earn spots in the Xerox Corporate Golf Challenge Grand Final. To be held over 2 days in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, in late 2015, the Grand Final will see 41 teams participate from around the region and from South Africa
