Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, International Peace Ambassador, Patronizes Graduation Ceremony of Peace Ambassadors

A graduation ceremony for 17 participants at the Peace Ambassadors’ training program organized by the International Academy of Peace Ambassadors was held under thre Patronage of Peace Ambassador Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh.

During the ceremony organized by Rawabi Amman Society, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh was named Ambassador of International Peace for his support for peace as well as for his intense efforts in disseminating a culture of peace.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh expressed his gratitude to the Academy and the Society for inviting him to patronize the ceremony and for honoring him with this award stressing the significance of such programs in rejecting violence and extremism and in spreading a culture of peace and love.

Mr. Mohammad Al-Zyuod, General Manager of the Academy stated that the Academy, which performs under the supervision of the Crown Prince Foundation’s Initiatives, has completed the training the 17 participants in the peace session accredited by the International Accreditation Organization (IAO).

Al-Zyuod pointed out that the program aims at supporting participants in their endeavor to promote peace and reject violence and radicalism in conformity with the message declared by the HRH Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II at the United Nations.

For his part, Dr. Azmi Hajarat, Vice Chair of the Society, stated that the Society seeks to promote awareness of the significance of combatting violence and extremism and in building up the perfect Jordanian citizen who participates constructively in the general, social, and cultural life in the country.
