Abu-Ghazaleh launches TAG Education News Agency

The Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Education News Agency www.tageducanews.com, an independent source of reliable and objective news on education around the world, was launched today. 

TAG Educa News Agency is the brainchild of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) who saw an urgent need to have a comprehensive and credible source to cover all education news and activities for students, education institutions and government entities. 

According to Abu-Ghazaleh change in education is inevitable and opportunities for change and reform are tremendous. 

"To some extent, change in education is inevitable and has been going on as new forms of teaching and learning have emerged to accommodate globalization and technological trends,” he said. 

Abu-Ghazaleh stressed that much of the appeal of change originates in the judgment that the current educational systems have failed to address today’s challenges and the most pressing problems in our economy, society, industry, and environment.

The creation of a wider educational infrastructure accessible to the globe at large has an amazing potential in its impact on enabling better education for all," he added.
