Ooredoo opens second franchise store in Al Sharqia Governorate

As part of its commitment to meet the needs of its growing customer-base across Oman, Ooredoo has opened its second franchise store in Sinaw, in partnership with Khimji Ramdas. Inaugurated by Sheikh Musallam bin Mohammed Al Wahshi, Deputy Wali of Al Mudhaibi, the new franchise store will further support the existing Ooredoo stores in Sur and Ibra, conveniently offering customers of Al Sharqia Governorate an exciting world of personal and business possibilities from Ooredoo.
“We are always looking for ways to engage directly with our customers and be involved in the communities where we operate,” said Feras Al Shaikh, Ooredoo Director of Sales.
“One of our strongest customer touch-points is our stores. Therefore, 2015 saw the birth of our plans to increase our reach within the Sultanate by opening franchise stores in partnership with some of Oman’s leading retailers. This latest Ooredoo franchise store will be managed by Khimji Ramdas and we hope to open more during the year.
Ooredoo engages with customers through an extensive network of stores, dealers, and self-service machines, strategically located in cities and governorates across the Sultanate. More information on their 31 stores, franchise locations, dealers and self-service machines can be found online on www.ooredoo.om.
